I ordered my new pink Gymboss! I needed a reliable interval timer! Now back to work for real!
My morning started off with some kickboxing. I needed a good intense cardio workout to burn off my weekend calories from the bbqs and wedding. Then I had breakfast and a delicious lunch; followed by a great day at work. Finally ending my night with time with my love, roboi tea and basketball (go OKC!). Not a bad way to start the short week!!
Ohhhh can’t wait for my morning workout! What an amazing way to balance mind & body while toning up! I love me some Yogilates (Centergy)
